At Investors United, our goal is to prepare real estate investors for success by training them in all of the practices and methods they need to profit from any real estate investing opportunity. There are two parts to the Investors United program: classroom experience and hands-on practice. Both parts are designed to help our Members prosper by increasing their knowledge and by allowing them to gain real world experience investing in real estate.
On campus or online, a new Member's first experience at Investors United is our Fast Start Orientation. During that two-hour course, Members gain a foundational understanding of The Investment Process that allows them to leave the classroom ready to begin evaluating actual real estate opportunities.
Immediately after our Fast Start Orientation, Members begin attending our weekly Mastermind Workshops, where investors of diverse experience and financial levels are able to discuss challenges and successes, explore solutions, and build partnerships under the guidance of an IU Certified Instructor. Because people learn at their own pace, Members with more questions or who are unsure about a particular transaction can receive individual coaching.
Once a Student Member enrolls, our full complement of services becomes available to them. For example, our IUValet Service allows any Student Member to submit an online request and our staff will perform a comparable value report, create marketing lists, or access virtually any type of real estate information on their behalf. Using IURealist, a program designed exclusively for Investors United, our Student Members can directly access America's largest real estate database. These are just two examples of the range of support services available to our Members, both Students and Alumni.
No other real estate investing school provides its Members with more resources and support than Investors United. "Earn while you learn" is a method we take seriously. People learn best by doing, so our Members are given every opportunity to begin earning a profit from their education before their first class week has ended.
