 Rolling Admissions
Investors United's circular curriculum continuously cycles through each unit, so new members can begin attending classes immediately and can benefit by networking with more experienced members. Prospective students may apply at any time and admissions are taken on a rolling basis.
Admission Requirements
Admission to Investors United School of Real Estate is selective. Although prior real estate training is not required, each applicant is carefully evaluated for his or her professional, intellectual, and personal contribution to the learning environment.
Special Needs
Investors United will work collaboratively with students who need special accommodations to participate in classes. Certain documentation may be required to help determine appropriate accommodations.
Tuition and Student-Aid
Some applicants (who would likely qualify and be successful) may decide that our school is out of reach. For that reason, we prefer to discuss tuition on a one-on-one basis. Investors United offers several unique programs to make real estate education affordable for almost everyone.
