Investors UnitedAbout Investors United : : Community InvolvementReal Estate School

An important part of our mission is community service. Each year the members of our network invest $10,500,000.00 in urban revitalization, employ more than 13,500 people, and create hundreds of new homeowners. Our efforts benefit both individual families and entire communities.

Because of those positive contributions, Investors United has received citations from both the Governor of Maryland and the Mayor of Baltimore for "outstanding leadership" and "commitment to the community."

Core Values
Integrity, Service, Excellence -- Investors United recognizes integrity first, service before self, and excellence as the core values of our institution. The foundation is integrity, fortified by a commitment to serving our members and our community, and fueled by a drive for excellence in all we do. These are values in which we expect our staff and members to believe and more importantly, to live by.

Integrity
The bedrock of our philosophy, integrity is the foundation on which other values are built. Integrity means being honest with others as well as with yourself and doing what is right, regardless of the circumstances, even when no one is looking. We make no compromise in being honest in small things as well as great ones.

Service
Investment real estate consulting is an uncommon service which required an enduring commitment and dedication to helping others succeed. It requires us to have a sense to service before self which spills over into our commitment to the local community.

Excellence
Investors United has been entrusted by members with the responsibility of empowering them to reach financial goals. That responsibility encompasses the care of treasured resources, most importantly, family. This makes competence or excellence in all things we do paramount. Doing the very best we can is not just a professional obligation, it's a moral one as well.

Integrity first, service before self, and excellence in all things we do. These core values set the standard for our behavior. They serve to remind us of the importance of our profession and the demands placed upon us as Investors United.
