An important part of our mission is community service. Each year the members of our network invest $10,500,000.00 in urban revitalization, employ more than 13,500 people, and create hundreds of new homeowners. Our efforts benefit both individual families and entire communities.

Because of those positive contributions, Investors United has received citations from both the Governor of Maryland and the Mayor of Baltimore for "outstanding leadership" and "commitment to the community."

Integrity
The bedrock of our philosophy, integrity is the foundation on which other values are built. Integrity means being honest with others as well as with yourself and doing what is right, regardless of the circumstances, even when no one is looking. We make no compromise in being honest in small things as well as great ones.

Service
Investment real estate consulting is an uncommon service which required an enduring commitment and dedication to helping others succeed. It requires us to have a sense to service before self which spills over into our commitment to the local community.

The Maryland Real Estate Exchange
A community service of the school, The Maryland Real Estate Exchange is the longest-running real estate networking group in Maryland. Its mission is to promote financial independence and home-ownership through real estate education.

Community Works Program
Through our Community Works Program, Investors United encourages improvement of local real estate. Simply let our Director of Marketing know about your renovation plans. Investors United will donate and affix a Community Works sign to the property and you will earn $100.00.
