About Investors United
Few decisions have as much power to impact your lifestyle as the decision
to develop your income. We at Investors United recognize the importance
of your goals. We are dedicated to providing the finest investment
real estate education and we are committed to your success.
The Investors United program involves classroom training, field trips,
personal mentoring, and actual real estate investing for profit. You will
be deeply influenced, motivated, even inspired. You will learn new ideas,
see new applications for old ideas, and broaden your understanding of investment
real estate. Best of all, you can "earn
while you learn."®
Personal Mentoring
Investors United recognizes that people internalize concepts and skills at their own
pace. In addition to classroom education, personal mentoring is an important part of
our program. All IU instructors are successful real estate professionals, experts in
their field who do what they teach and teach what they do. Often, members even
partner with instructors to profit from actual real estate transactions.
Multi-Media Resource Center
The Investors United multi-media Resource Center includes a
state-of-the-art real estate computer data center. Within seconds, members can
access restricted real estate information that is unavailable on the Web. The
Resource Center also houses an expansive library of real estate books, seminars,
DVDs, and interactive viewing stations. The Resource Center is conveniently open
seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day.
Networking & Contacts
To learn the language of real estate, it helps to network with others who are
fluent. Investors United members learn both from instructors and from the
experiences of classmates. Our membership is a diverse group of aspiring and
accomplished real estate investors of varying age, race, religion, profession and
income level.
Field Training
Research shows that learning-by-doing is the most effective way to learn. As part of
our philosophy on education, members gain hands-on experience outside of the
classroom. Field training includes activities such as attending auctions, visiting
rent and housing court, inspecting properties, negotiating agreements, and more.
