Refresh the page and a new image will appear in the box.
If you still do not see a word, try these solutions:
- Make sure the version of your browser is current. For example, you need to have at least
Internet Explorer 5.0 or Netscape 6.0 or higher.
- Empty your browser's cache. (Help with cache.)
- Make sure your graphics (pictures and images) are turned on or enabled in your browser.
- Go back and re-submit the form from the previous page.

How Does Image Display Verification Work?
Automated programs can't "read" the word you see in the
box: only humans can. When you enter this word, it ensures
that the entry was completed by a real person. This also helps
to reduce system loads which improves website performance.
If you don't see an image, make sure your browser is set
to display images and try again. If you're not sure what the
word is, make your best guess. If you're incorrect, you'll
get another chance to enter a different word on the next
screen.
