Ian Charles Parrish is recognized as one of the Baltimore area's most influential real estate
experts, and president of the nation's only brick and mortar school dedicated exclusively to
teaching the techniques of successful real estate investing. The 30-year old was named the 2005
Young Entrepreneur of the Year by the Small Business Administration, and has earned official
Citations from both the Mayor of Baltimore and the Governor of Maryland for his "outstanding
leadership and commitment to the community." Nominated among the Baltimore Business Journal's
Top 40 Executives Under 40, he is listed in the Who's Who of Public Speakers. An approved
course-writer of the Maryland Real Estate Commission, he is a member of the USA Today
Entrepreneurs Panel. He has been a guest speaker on numerous radio and television programs, and
is a frequent and sought-after lecturer at area colleges. In 2006 he established the Investors
United School of Real Estate Scholarship, awarded annually to a deserving, graduating senior at
the University of Baltimore.
