Investors United School of Real Estate ("Investors United") values the
protection of your individual privacy. This document sets forth Investors
United's online Privacy Policy for all of its websites ("Site".) By using the
Site, you, the user ("You") indicate that you have read and agree to be bound
by this privacy policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, do not use
the Site in any manner. This Privacy Policy does not govern privacy practices
associates with offline activities.

will be only in the federal or state court with competent jurisdiction located

by such courts in any such action.
